We aim to present our Attars, Bukhoor, perfumes and other products as accurately as reasonably possible. Product photographs, colours, packaging and presentation may vary slightly from their appearance on your screen or from time to time.

Fragrance perception is subjective and can differ between individuals. Descriptions of fragrance character, notes and similar information are provided to help customers understand the product and do not guarantee that every person will perceive a fragrance identically.

Prices

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and availability may change from time to time.

The amount payable for an order will be shown during checkout before the order is placed.

Orders

Submission of an order does not necessarily mean that it has been finally accepted. Orders may remain pending until payment and other necessary details have been verified.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving incorrect information, unavailable stock, pricing errors, suspected misuse or inability to verify payment.

Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Dar Al Khushboo is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Website Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality, use the website for fraudulent purposes or undertake activities that may damage the website or its users.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Dar Al Khushboo name, branding, website design, original photographs, graphics, written content and other proprietary materials on this website belong to Dar Al Khushboo or are used with appropriate permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services, business practices or applicable requirements change. The latest version published on this page will apply from its stated effective date.

Order Processing

Once payment has been successfully verified, we will begin preparing your order for dispatch.

Orders are generally prepared promptly; however, processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination, courier service and other logistical factors. Any estimated delivery timeframe provided by us or a courier partner should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be added to your order after dispatch. You can view the latest available order status through the My Orders section of your account.

Incorrect Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been handed over for delivery, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Damaged or Incorrect Package

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, leaking, materially defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation while your order is still eligible for cancellation and has not been shipped.

Where available, you can cancel an eligible order directly from the My Orders section. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal-use products, products that have been opened, used, altered or tampered with generally cannot be returned merely because of a change of preference or because the fragrance did not match personal expectations.

This does not affect remedies that may be available where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, materially defective or different from the product ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

We may request photographs, an unboxing video, packaging details or other reasonable information so that we can verify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using an appropriate available payment method after necessary verification. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

Cancelled Paid Orders

If an order is cancelled after its payment has already been verified, cancellation of the order does not itself mean that the money has already been returned. The refund will be processed separately and the order status may be updated once the refund has been completed.

Customised Products & Gifts

Custom-made fragrances, personalised products and customised gifting orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return after preparation has begun, except where the item supplied is defective, damaged, incorrect or where otherwise required by applicable law.

UPI / QR Payments

Where a QR code is displayed during checkout, you may scan it using a compatible UPI application. If you are shopping from a mobile device, you may use the payment details provided during checkout as appropriate.

Payment Verification

Payment confirmation may not be instantaneous. After placing your order, its payment may remain pending while our team verifies the transaction.

Your order will be confirmed after the payment has been successfully verified.

Never Share Your UPI PIN

Payment Issues

If money has been debited but your order remains unverified, please contact us with your order number and relevant transaction reference so that we can investigate the payment.
